Group bookings for 11 people or more
Following your booking by phone or email:
- We will draw up an accommodation contract in duplicate.
- Please sign and return the first copy to us and keep the second copy for your records.
- This contract will be accompanied by an explanatory letter and a payment slip.
- 20% deposit required upon booking.
- Payment deadline: 30 days from your booking date.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
